Teresa Lynn Lineberry, age 52, of Wilmington passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2017, at her home.

Teresa was born in Wilmington on October 14, 1964.

She worked at New Hanover County Schools as a Child Nutrition Manager for the past 13 years, most recently at Myrtle Grove Middle School. She enjoyed her job and loved all of the students and her co-workers. Teresa loved going to the beach, reading, going to yard sales, her dogs, and especially spending time with her family. She was very close to her mother, sister, and especially her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Haywood Lineberry; her sons, Brian Lineberry (Jessica) and Kevin McCausley; grandson, Colton McCausley; her mother Mae Ann Wilkins and step-father Marion L. Wilkins; sister Tina Railey and husband Tracy and son Cory, and brother Terry Wilkins and wife Cari and son Mason.

Funeral services will be 2 pm Saturday, June 24, 2017 at Wilmington Funeral Chapel officiated by Certified Life Celebrant Patricia McDonough.

The visitation will start at 12 noon. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park.

    Teresa will truly be missed by all of her co workers. I have worked with her for over 12 years @ Myrtle Grove Middle School. She was a fun and loving person. She took the time to get to know all of her employees. She loved her family so much. Her dogs her job and and don't let me forget Yard Sells.Teresa was an excellent manager and she will truly be .missed. She was our Rock and our comforter!. God had a plan for Teresa.so we should ask the savior to help you comfort keep and intreague you he is willing tho aide you he will carry you through. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and he will direct your paths.
