Jerry was born to Ella & Joe Stephens, having a sister Joetta & brother Chuck.
Jerry was proceeded in death by both his parents, his brother and grandson, Christopher.
Left to cherish his memories are his children, daughter, Christina Stephens, his sons: Aaron Stephens and Anthony Stephens. His grandchildren Catherine Holden (husband Trevor), Collen Hahn, Mason Stephens & Trent Stephens. Great Grandchildren, Kailynn, Railee, Kyler, Laynie and Sadie. His sister Joetta Biby,( husband Ed)& Niece Michele.
He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
