Abby Star Cottle, age 27, of Hampstead, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, November 5, 2017. She was born and raised in Wilmington by Jimmy Cottle and Jill Chamblee.
Surviving Abby, is her young son, Jeremiah Lewis; step mother Jodi Cottle; sisters: Bethany Cottle, Lizette Cottle, Ericka Cottle; uncles: Jason Holcombe, Richard White; aunts: Tanya Cottle, Beth Holcombe, Heather Holcombe; grandparents: Richard and Debbie Novotny; and great grandmother, Dean White.
Abby loved fishing, horses, the ocean, music, and going to Greenfield Lake. She had her own cleaning business and worked hard. She was loved by many and will be sadly missed. The family would like to thank everyone for their prayers and would ask them to continue to uplift her son, Jeremiah, in prayer.
A visitation service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at Wilmington Chapel with a burial immediately following at 3:00 PM at Prospect Cemetery on Military Cut Off, Wilmington, NC.
