Alison Marie Kontz, age 49 of Wilmington passed away Sunday, April 17, 2016.

She is survived by her daughter, Kayla Kontz; four grandchildren, Myra, Julian, Izabella, and Gabriella; mother, Betty Afton, father and step-mother, Willard  and Sylvia Callihan of Lumberton, NC; two brothers, Willard Callihan and wife Michele of Tampa, Fl, and Christopher Husbands, and other extended family members.

A memorial service will be held 3 pm Wednesday April 20, 2016 at The Pentecostals of Wilmington on 3615 Chippenham Drive, Wilmington officiated by Rev. Floyd Morris.  The family will see friends starting at 2 pm.

    I'm sorry for the family's lost, me and Alison grew up together with her 2 sisters Sherry, and Tammy Rice, she was always full of energy and loved life, she loved her daddy and she always loved the time she spent with him and her sisters, she touched so many people in so many different ways and our hearts will feel the lost, I pray her daughter and grandkids will knows that she will always be looking over them and she loved them very much
