    Evelyn Wright Barnes says:
I was so sorry to hear about Buddy's death. My sister Pat Wright Anderson told me just this morning. Buddy was my brother-in-law and High School Teacher when he was married to Pat. We all lived in Yanceyville at the time; so many years ago. I will always remember Buddy's fun loving personality, and his mischievous smile! My thoughts ad prayers are with the family. Buddy and I were childhood and high school friends and classmates. We attended Mount Olive Junior College together and played on the first ever Hobbton High School football team. He scored the first touchdown in school history in September of 1963. May he rest in peace!
