Annette Pearl Pekofsky

Annette Pekofsky, 86, of Surf City, NC (formerly of Washington, DC) passed away Friday, June 8, 2018.  She was born in Washingnton, DC to the late George and Dora Deigan and had been married to the late Jack Pekofsky for 55 years.

She was employed by the U.S. Federal Government in the Office of Personnel Management for approximately 20 years until her retirement in 1991.

She is survived by her three sons, Mel and wife, Jean Pekofsky, Larry and wife, Jill Pekofsky, and Don and wife, Deborah Pekofsky; and two grandchildren Leah and Jenna Pekofsky.

Annette loved music, especially Jazz, tennis, and was was an avid reader.  She enjoyed her many travels but loved the ocean breezes and beach most of all.

Graveside services will be held Sunday, June 10, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at King David Memorial Gardens in Falls Church, Virginia.  Rabbi Jonathan Maltzman will officiate,
