April Lee Spurling, 26, passed away unexpectedly on October 26, 2022. She was born to Jack and Kirsten (Perer) Spurling on June 10, 1996, in Wilmington, NC. She is survived by her father, Jack Spurling; her sister, Ashley Spurling; and her two children, Nash Brock born 04/09/2020 and Banks Anttila born 08/08/2022.
April was recently employed as a Relationship Banker at Wells Fargo. She attended Eugene Ashley High School and Cape Fear Community College.
April enjoyed hosting gatherings and always wanted to bring a smile to everybody’s face. She spent much of her time with her wonderful friends and her two adorable boys. She was a wonderful mother and friend.
On October 30, 2022, her family and close friends gathered for a memorial service at Smith Creek Park in Wilmington, North Carolina.
In honor of her memory, a memorial fund on GoFundMe has been set up to help with her two children, Nash and Banks.
