Mr. Bennie sure will be missed as a big part of one of the original neighbors on Chadwick Avenue. We will miss chatting with him as he walked down the street and would stop on our porch to sit and chat awhile about anything and everything! He will be greatly missed.

    Lynda Barham says:
Mr. Bennie was one of the first people I met when I moved to Wilmington and started attending Wrightsboro Baptist Church as a teenager. He always greeted everyone with a smile and a wink and possibly a piece of candy. “Soar High on that Mountain” Mr. Bennie for your work on earth is done!!! To the family: May God give you peace and comfort during these days ahead.
