Betty Ruth Garner Williams, 73, passed away April 1, 2020 at Lower Cape Fear LifeCare in Wilmington, NC.

Betty was born on July 13, 1946 in Richmond County, North Carolina to Blease and Louise Garner.

She was predeceased by her parents and sisters Jerri Register, Doris Williamson and Jewell Garner.

She is survived by her husband Danny Williams ; son Ronnie Williams and wife Revonda ; brother Wayne Garner.

Betty loved to be outdoors working in the yard and enjoyed the peace and beauty that it brought. She was dedicated to her family and treasured her daughter-in -law Revonda as her own daughter.

A memorial service will be held at 11am, Tuesday, April 7, 2020 at Wilmington Funeral Chapel 1535 S. 41st St. Wilmington, NC 28403.
