Mr. Billy was a classmate of my moms and dad’s at NHHS and a neighbor. He was our neighbor on Friendly lane for many years as well and Larry and I are so sad to hear of his passing. He always had a warm smile and was one of the kindest people I have ever met. He and Betty were always so welcoming and we loved them both! Friendly Lane was just not the same after the Hocutt and the Wilsons moved. We have missed all of you.! We send our love and our prayers to Beverly, Frankie, Chuck and the entire family. We love you guys! FOREVER FRIENDS AND FAMILY!!!!
