    Maggi Grace says:
I am so shocked to hear of Blonnie's death. She was the kind of woman we all marveled at for her energy and tireless ambition for writing. I was lucky enough to be in the same writing group with her for several years before moving from Wilmington to the triangle area. But I will always remember her meticulous editing skills, her passion for North Carolina's history, and her unending laughter. Blonnie, you won't be forgotten.
