Bobby Page Age 87 of Castle Hayne died peacefully in his sleep Saturday night Sept 2. Bobby was married to Ruth Ann Harper Page April 26, 1952. He was baptized Sept 1958 as one of Jehovahs Witnesses. They enjoyed many years together in Kinston North Carolina. He is survived by his son Bobby B Page and his wife Lisa, Pamela Ruth Moye and her husband Bill, Beth Robinson and her husband Rob. He was preceded in death by his son Jeff.
After retirement in 1990 they moved to Morehead City where he could pursue his hobby, fishing. They were able to enjoy living on the intercostal many years. It became necessary in 2016 to move to Castle Hayne where he could be close to family. He has enjoyed riding his golf cart and making friends in the neighborhood. He became a permanent fixture on the dock in his “fishing wheelchair”. He appreciated conversation from passerby’s in the neighborhood.

A memorial will be held Saturday Sep. 8, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 4806 Gordon Road, Wilmington N.C. A visitation will be held afterward in the River Bluffs community- Castle Hayne North Carolina.

    He was a great man who will truly be missed in the River Bluffs community. I loved looking at his fishing pictures. He was always so proud of his catches. I also enjoyed hearing his stories!
