Bonnie Faye Hanes, age 66 of Richlands, NC, passed away Friday, June 5th at NHRMC with her daughter beside her. She was born in Onslow County, NC on August 14, 1953.
Bonnnie is predeceased by her husband James Hanes , her mother Louise Maready Moffett Norris, father Robert Brown and daughter Joyce Louise Mayhew Hanes
She is survived by Angel Mayhew (husband Chris ). Brother Robert Brown(wife Julia ), sisters Cathy Knuckles husband Gary , and Linda Costello ( husband Jim ) also she is survived by 7 grandchildren. Memorial services will be held graveside on June 20th at 2 p.m at Maready Cemetery in Chinquapin, NC.

She was loved by so many and will be deeply missed by all of her family and friends…

    Bonnie and I had coffee so many mornings, years ago. We remained friends for life. I miss talking to her and wish I could have one more cup of coffee with her. We always had something to talk about...neither of us had trouble finding words. Bonnie, I will miss you!! Praying for the family
