Borges Francis “Freddy” Silva, age 62 of Wilmington, NC, passed away at his home with his family by his bedside on February 24, 2022.

Freddy was born in Queens, NY on September 22, 1959 to Francis Borges and Gurtrude Silva.

Freddy is survived by his wife of 39 years Leona Lynn Silva, his sons Corey and Borges “Scooter” Silva, grandchildren Briannia Rose and Corey Duran, Jr., his brother Anthony “Tony” Silva, and many other extended family members and friends.

Freddy is predeceased by his brother William Joseph “Bill” Silva and his sister Margaret Silva.
