Bryan Potter Reynolds, age 37 of Wilmington, NC, sadly passed away unexpectedly on February 5, 2024 at Novant Health/New Hanover Regional Medical Center.

Bryan was born to William “Billy” Lamb Reynolds, III. and Carole C. Reynolds on January 22, 1987 in Wilmington.

Bryan’s work experience as a Maintenance Coordinator for Chick-fil-A spanned over a decade, where he dedicated himself to ensuring everything ran smoothly. His commitment and attention to detail were unparalleled, leaving a lasting impact on his colleagues and the organization as a whole.

Beyond his professional life, Bryan had a wide range of interests that brought him joy. He was a super fan of pro wrestling, MMA, and the Tennessee Titans. Whether cheering on his favorite team or enjoying the thrill of live events, Bryan’s enthusiasm was infectious. Additionally, he found solace in spending quality time with his family, whether it was a day at the beach or simply sitting by the pool, watching his children create beautiful memories. Bryan was also an avid animal lover, especially when it came to dogs.

Bryan is survived by his beloved wife, Ashly E. Reynolds, and their cherished children Nathalie (Ren) Destiny, Baylee Marie, and Jaxson Cole Reynolds. The bond they shared was unbreakable, and Bryan’s true joy lay in being a devoted father and husband. He was the rock of his family, always putting their needs before his own. Compassionate, kind-hearted, and endlessly devoted, Bryan left an indelible mark on their lives.

His parents, William “Billy” L. Reynolds, III. and Carole C. Reynolds, sister Carmen R. Parks (Jeff), and their children Abigail and Archer, mourn his loss deeply. Bryan’s maternal grandmother, Julia Cook, paternal grandmother, Donnis Everette, and mother-in-law, Melinda Hill, also grieve his passing. Additionally, he leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will forever miss his presence and the joy he brought to their lives.

Bryan is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather William Lamb Reynolds, Jr. and maternal grandfather Charles Pruitt Cook, Sr.

I'm so sorry for your loss and pray for his wife and children. I went to high school with Bryan and he was always kind. We shared a mutual friend and Bryan and his wife took him in during a time he was in need. Such a nice guy. Praying his family finds their way through this very sad time. May he rest in peace.
