Captain Fisher Bain Culbreth, III, 37, of Wilmington died Friday November 20, 2009 at his home.

Fisher was born in Portsmouth, VA. July, 27, 1972 the son of Fisher Bain Culbreth, Jr. Fisher resides with his mother and step father Betty Dees Robert and David Roberts, and brothers Ty’ Quay Roberts and Wesley Carter.

Surviving in addition to his parents are his wife Angela L. Culbreth and step daughter of Carolina Beach, brother Joey Culbreth of Lakeland, FL. Also beloved Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and his precious beloved dog Snapper along with many cherished friends.

Memorial service will be 2:00 PM, Sunday, November 22, 2009 at Wilmington Burial and Cremation Service with Reverend John Andrews officiating. A surfers funeral will be held 2:00 PM, December 12, 2009 at Pelican Watch.

    I've know FISHER since he first moved here.We went 2 school together and hung out with each other.We grew up at CB surfin and just being wild an crazy local kids.He was and still is one of my great friends.He was a great surfer that made CB known n the ESA.He was well known up and down the EAST COAST and the WEST COAST 2 as a great surfer.Everyone liked FISHER when they met him no matter where he was.I'm really goin 2 miss my good buddy.And i know that there is alot of people that feel that way 2.All i can do now is remember ALL the good times we had hangin out and surfin together.Goin 2 miss u BRO."RIP FISHER"..We all miss u..
