    Bailey Culbreth says:
My uncle Fisher was the greatest person ever.He has taught me most of the things I know about fishing. He has taught me how to fly fish, throw a cast net and fish conservation. He would invite me over to his house and we would work out, watch movies, play fishin games and teach me about boat maintenance. He was going to teach me how to surf like he did but he is in heaven now on the wave he never got to surf.RIP Uncle Fish and hope to see you again!God bless you and I will be waitin to surf the same wave you are one day.I will always be one step closer to you. I love you Uncle Fisher and will never forget you!!!
