    John DeDomenico says:
Dear Kaye & Family, I was very saddened to hear of Charlie's passing. I had the good fortune to work with Chooch at several power plants. He was cheerful, reliable, and hard working. He was a gentleman, calm in a crisis, resourceful, a quiet leader that people rallied around. He will always be remembered for his friendship, good humor, and gentle nature. Please accept my condolences. John DeDomenico
