Charles Samuel Foster, age 83 passed away Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at Accordius Health Care Center.

He was born in Burlington, NJ on May 28, 1938 to Samuel Charles Foster and Elizabeth Sweeney Foster.

He was retired from the New Jersey Department of Transportation, worked for 28 years with Pierce Van Lines, and served as a volunteer at New Hanover Regional Medical Center for 5 years.

Charles is survived by his brother and sister in law Robert and Barbara Foster of Wilmington, a sister, Sharon Potent of Aiken, SC, a brother, Howard Foster of Mt. Holly, NJ; and a nephew Chris Foster.
