Charlotte Margaret Porter 88, passed away Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at Woodbury Wellness Center in Hampstead, NC.
Charlotte was born September 3 ,1933 in Philadelphia, PA to the late Charles Alfred Fredrickson and Anna Geneva Howell Fredrickson.
She was predeceased by her husband Robert Porter and Granddaughter Kristi Anderson Schub.
She is survived by her son Kelly Porter and wife Dana; daughter Barbara Jill and husband Tracy Anderson; grandchildren Justin Schub, Travis Anderson, Courtney Giblin, Mary Margaret Porter, Bladen Kelly Porter, Gareth Charles Porter, Kelsey Schwarz; great-grandchildren Ivey Stafford, Karolina Evanne Schub, Abigal Porter Anderson; niece Jane carter and husband Kenneth; nephew Charles Weaver and wife Linda; 4 great nieces; 1 great nephew; 13 great- great nieces and nephews.
Charlotte met her husband the late Robert Frazier Porter in High School in Warsaw, NC and they were married for 63 years.
She loved to go to yard sales, garden and spend time with her grand-children.
The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to all those who have supported us during this time of loss.
A graveside memorial service will be held at 2pm on Sunday, January 16, 2022 at Porter Family Cemetery, White Oak Road, Kelly NC.
