    Sherry W. Kittrell says:
Chris was a unique young man, handsome and talented. I had the honor of meeting him through my son. He shared many meals with us at our home. His smile and conversations were sincere. He and Crystal attended our church several times and he was so proud to show me his bible and talk about what he had read in it. He had his problems as we all do. I had the opportunity to pray with him on several occasions when he felt he was at his breaking point. He was constantly searching for the "peace that passes all understanding" and I sincerely believe that he has finally found it. The love he had and still has for his family was genuine. Don't think that he is gone because he is with the Father and the Father has a special work for him.

My family and I leave our sincere condolences to your Nanny, and your Family. You were sooo loved, and you will be deeply missed, not just by your best fishin bud-bro, but by his mom too. I've watched you over so many years grow from a small child to a teen. Then got to know you all over again over the last almost 5 years. I am so proud of you, and so many of your choices, decisions, and the things you did accomplish. You worked hard to be there for your grandfather and grandmother, and so many times I worried about you and your health, and all the battles, the struggles that weighed on you. But you just kept fighting to survive, and somehow found ways to smile, and laugh even during the hardest times. You were "his" other bro, and you always will be. We will miss you, but I know your spirit is around. We love you we will miss you and will keep you close to our hearts.
