Dahlia Fernandez, infant daughter of Michael Fernandez and Kayla Ann Fernandez of Hubert, NC passed away December 24, 2011 at Pitt Memorial Hospital in Greenville, NC.

The family will see friends from 6 to 7 pm Friday, January 20, 2012 at Wilmington Funeral and Cremation Chapel

Graveside service will be 10 am Saturday, January 21, 2012 at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Wilmington.

    We are so sorry for your loss and want you to know we pray for you both every day. Great Grandma will be there 20th and 21st and will carry my love and hugs with her. We love you both so very much and wish we could do more.
