Damon Eugene Padgett, 46, of Wilmington went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 26, 2014.

Damon was born on March 28, 1968 in Alamance County. He was a fun loving son, brother, uncle, and friend. He always had a smile on his face.

Damon is preceded in death by his father Gene Padgett.
He is survived by his Mother Carolyn Barnes and stepfather Robert Barnes, Sisters; Karen Bordeaux, Jennifer Trujillio, Brother; Robbie Barnes, also by his numerous niece, nephews, and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the Wilmington Funeral Chapel on Saturday, November 8, 2014.
