Daniel Casper Antwine, age 79 of Wilmington passed away Friday, August 11, 2023 at the Lower Cape Fear LifeCare.

Daniel was born in Richlands, NC on October 3, 1943 to the late Columbia Antwine and Gladys Huffman Antwine.

Daniel was a proud veteran of the US Army serving in the Medical Corps from June 16, 1965 and discharged June 7, 1967. He was an associate at Walmart at Monkey Junction for 10 years until his retirement.

He is survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and extended family members.

Funeral services are planned for 2 pm Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at United Advent Christian Church. Family and friends visitation will start 1 pm until the service time. Burial will be at Oleander Memorial Gardens.
