    Tim McCoy says:
Dannie was always a tremendous light, and expression of Gods goodness to all I witnessed him interact with, including me. Dannie was so good to my wife Carol (his niece) and I when we first married. He prayed that my old car would stay on the road at that time, and it did. Though the ravages of sickness might have taken a mighty blow, one thing that I’m confident remained the same, and that is the steadfast reality of God’s grace in Dannie. We are the only hands and feet that God has, or that we know of. Dannie used his in a manner to minister to the needs of the marginalized, with a passion that was not only in encouraging word, yet moreover was seen and felt within him. In recent years I didn’t get to be with him as much, yet I hold dear, and reflect with honor the past years when I did. It was a blessed gift knowing him. Travel well Dannie, until we sing again in that great eternal domain, and light of God.
