David Charles Smallwood, 46, of Wilmington, North Carolina, passed away on November 3, 2014. He was born in Hyannis, MA on February 4, 1967 the son of Dr. Charles T. and Mary (McLaren) Smallwood of South Easton.

Raised in South Easton, David graduated from the St. Thomas More School in Oakdale, Connecticut. He had also attended Lyndon State College in Vermont.
David had a passion and talent for woodworking and loved all Boston sports teams.

In addition to his parents David is survived by his beloved son Cullen, of Willard, North Carolina, his sister Julia Wheatley of North Attleboro, Massachusetts and a niece and a nephew.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday Nov. 17 at 11 am in Holy Cross Church, 225 Purchase St. South Easton. Burial in Melrose Cemetery, Brockton. Visiting hours are omitted.
