David was retired from the City of Wilmington.

Memorial service will be held 3 pm Sunday, January 18, 2015 at Sunset Park Baptist Church on Central Blvd. in Wilmington.

    My deepest sympathies, I worked with Dave at City of Wil. at the South side plant. I was an electrician and got to know Dave real well. We both liked knives and we both talked a lot about them. We both had a good friend in Jack Thompkins which we both missed in his passing. I will miss Dave. God Bless

    My deepest condolences for Mr. Collier's family! I cared for him on numerous occasions......he loved his orange juice and chocolate pudding! We joked and laughed, sometimes not, but he grew dear to my heart and I'm so, so sorry to hear of this news! I know I'll see this blue eyed man again!
