David Garland Abell, age 71, of Hampstead, passed away on Sunday, September 22, 2019, at the New Hanover Regional Medical Center.

He was born  in Baltimore, MD, on May 15, 1948, the son of William David Abell and Miriam Garland Abell.

Dave Abell is survived by his wife, stepmother, sister, brother, children, grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

He was pre-deceased by his parents, William David and Miriam Abell.

A Memorial Service is being planned and will be announced.
