    Sonya Johnson says:
David was a well-loved instructor and colleague at CFCC. He brought humor and warmth to his teaching and his students thoroughly enjoyed his classes. He will be sorely missed. May God bless his family and comfort you all during this difficult time.

    Cynthia Johnson says:
To the family of David Bland: I was sadden to hear of the passing of David. He always had a smile on his face whenever he came into the Library at CFCC. He had something positive to say about everything. The Bible says "let not your heart be troubled. You believe in God, believe also in me." Hold on to God's unchanging hand and He will see you through. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. David, go on and take your rest. Cynthia Johnson

    John Branner says:
David was the first person to "show me the ropes" around CFCC. That was just over a year ago. I really liked David and saw him on a fairly regular basis. It's just so hard to believe he's gone. Condolences to Margaret and family.
