David Outlaw age 87, of Leland, passed away on Sunday February 26,at his home. Born in Kenansville North Carolina, on April 7th 1935. He was the son of the late Vander and Winnieford Outlaw.  A celebration of David Life is to be held at a later time and place to be announced
