Delmer will be missed by loved ones, family and friends. I went to school with Delmer at Nitro High School. We both graduated together. I will never forget all of the fun and crazy times we had. God has called him home. It seems so unfair but who are we to understand his Great Power and Wisdom. He is at Peace now, with no more pain and suffering. Be with Brenda and family at this time. Lift them up and give them the strength they need now and in later days to come. May God Bless you all.
