Dolly Jean Blackburn 95, of Jacksonville died peacefully Friday August 12, 2011 at Premier Nursing Center in Jacksonville.
Born on June 9, 1916 in Pike County, KY. the daughter of the late Andrew and Elizabeth Ally Keathley. She was preceded in death by her husband Roy David Blackburn, brothers Frank, James, Oliver and Lee Keathley, and sisters May and Mary.
Surviving are her children Helen and John Sweers and Linda and Tony Davis, grandchildren Debra, Michael, Dianna, Amy, Kimberly, Tony, Rebecca, and Susan, sister Rosa May, brothers Robert, and
Edward Keathley.
A memorial service will be held in Grand Rapids Michigan at a later date.
