Donald B. Hoppes Jr., born September 30,1952 in Hinesville, GA died January 16, 2011 in Wilmington NC.

Don was preceded in death by his father Donald B. Hoppes and mother Betty McDaniel Hoppes of Las Vegas,NV. grandfather Arthur F. Hoppes and grandmother M. Elizabeth Hoppes of Shelby, NC,

Surviving are his wife Wanjenell of Morganton, NC, his daughter Jessica McSwain of Wilmington, NC, his daughters Amanda Locklear of Vegas,NV, and Cody Watkins of Fayetteville, NC, son Isack Watkins of Morganton,NC, brother Art Hoppes and wife Camille of Las Vegas, NV, and 8 grandchidlren.

Don never meet a stranger. His family and friends were his world. He is now with the Lord, but his presence and love will remain in all the hearts of those that were fortunate enough to have know him. We have and will continue to love him past the stars.

A Memorial service will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, January 22, 2011 at Wilimgton Funeral and Cermation
