Donald Rex Holt, Sr., 81 of Hampstead NC passed away on May 10, 2020.

He was born in Conway SC on 3-11-1939. He was the son of the late William Alex Holt and Virginia Blanton Holt. He is also preceded in death by his brother Jack Holt and his sister Linda Holt.

Married with the love of his life for 60 years, Myrtle Holt, they went on adventures from the Mountains to the Sea. He enjoyed his time with Family and Friends and always had a smile on his face.

He was a longtime Builder of many projects around town and made many Friends along the way.

He is survived by his wife, Myrtle Holt, 2 sons, Donnie Holt, Jimmy Holt (Amy), daughter, Wendy Rocha (Robert), 4 grandchildren, Kelly Braun (Rick), Alex Holt, Erin Prosser, Hunter Sutton, 2 great grandchildren, Hanna Holt, Harper Holt, 2 brothers, Tommy Holt, Billy Holt, 3 sisters, Alma Fennell, Ovaline Jenness, Patricia Blizzard.
