Dorothy Marie “Dot” Boshky, 73,of Hampstead, passed away on July 25, 2017. She was the beloved wife of Tom Boshky.
Dot was born in Kenansville, NC, on December 4, 1943.
Besides her husband Tom, Dot is survived by her sons, Russell Powell of Erath, LA and John Boshky and his wife Sharon of Hermitage, PA; her sister Mary Richardson and her husband Francis of Slidell, LA; her brother, Don Rouse and his wife Kay of Ogden; her grandchildren Corey Powell, Matthew Destatio, Nakita Powell, Taylor Powell, and Greyson Powell.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Lillian Futeral Rouse; her son Bobby Powell; her sister Linda Giles, her brother, Elwood Rouse, and her grandchildren, Thomas “TJ” Boshky and Johnny Boshky.
Visitation will begin Friday at 10 a.m. in the Barlow Vista Baptist Church, 22340 US-17, Hampstead, NC 28443 with funeral services beginning at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
