Dr. Edward M. Sipple, 91, of Wilmington, NC, formerly of Millinocket, Maine, passed away Thursday, October 4, 2012 at his home.
He was born in DeMoines Co., Iowa on December 2, 1920 the son of the late Emmett Madison and Maime Sipple. He was preceded in death by a son, Edward M. Sipple, Jr.
Dr. Sipple graduated from the University of Maryland and had been retired for many years as a Radiologist. He and his wife, Mary moved to Wilmington 1999.
Surviving is his wife of 60 years, Mary T. Sipple of the home, daughter, Elizabeth Sipple of Wilmington, NC; granddaughter, Emily Calder and grandson, Matthew Calder.
At Dr. Sipple’s request, no memorial services are planned.
