Edward “Dan” Wright 68, of Wilmington passed away Monday November 19, 2012 at his home.

Born in Yonkers, NY on September 9, 1944 the son of the late Edward Joseph and Stella Romanowski Wright, he served his country in the US Army.

Dan was a beloved husband to Madeline for 39 years, and a devoted father to his son Larry and his wife Sarah and a loving grandfather to Gavin and Ethan.

A private funeral service will be held Wednesday November 20, 2012 at Wilmington Funeral Tribute Center. Father Bob Kus will officiate.

    Madeline, I am so sorry to hear of Eddie's passing and of your loss. I was Eddie's best friend in high school during our junior and senior years. We did everything together. I've been looking to get back in touch with Eddie for over 20 years but all my efforts came up empty. I've just learned of his passing thru our high school administration office.
