Elbert Edward Franke, age 37, of Philadelphia passed away Thursday, September 10th, 2015 in North Carolina. He was self employed as an Electrician.
Elbert is survived by his fiancee’ Jennifer Foster, his children Destiny, Julie, Phoenix, Jayden and Gaven, sisters, Tara and Crystal and brother Robert.
Family and Friends are invited to visit from 10:00 am to 11:00 am Monday, September 21st, 2015 at SMITH FUNERAL HOME 47 Main Street Mantua, NJ 08051. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am. Burial to follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Gloucester City, New Jersey.
