My deepesat sympathy to all of Betty's family. Betty was a great friend and neighbor. She was like another grandmother to my children Lisa and Jennifer. She was an inspiration to me then and remains to be now. Your mom, grandmother, aunt was a treasure to be with and I will always be thankful to God for putting her in our lives. I will miss her.

To the family of our dear friend, Betty Vail. Our deepest condolences on the passing of dear Betty. We have been sincere friends since we first rented her new home in Wilmington over seventeen years ago. Over the years Betty shared beautiful thoughts of her family and how she treasured all of you. She will always be with you and looking over you from her Heavenly home. And if I may say for Betty, "May the road rise up to meet you, may the sun be always at your back and until we meet again, my God hold you in the palm of His Hand".
