Elizabeth Shannon Fullwood, 45, died on Sunday, May 22, 2022. She was born in Wilmington on June 19, 1976 to Harold Ritchie Fullwood and Joan Marie Smith.

Shannon was preceded in death by her father.

Shannon enjoyed reading, horseback riding, camping, campfires, looking through family photos, Disney World, traveling, and most of all her family.

Left to cherish her memory is her partner Ray Floyd, mother Joan Thorpe, step father Daniel Thorpe, sons; Justin Ledet, Cabel Watkins, and Canaan Watkins, daughters; Parker Watkins, Greer Watkins, and Carlin Fullwood, sisters; Michelle Insco, brother Paul Hewett, best friend Shannon Angelo, in addition are her niece, nephews, extended family and friends.

The memorial service will be held at 2pm on Friday, May 27, 2022 at Wilmington Funeral & Cremation Chapel, 1535 S 41st Street, Wilmington, NC 28403. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
