Elmer C. Bullard, 86 of Leland passed away April 6, 2009 at Lower Cape Fear Hospice & LifeCareCenter.

He was preceded in death by his parents David T. and Bertha Ward Bullard, wife Isadora Bullard and brothers Cede and Jesse Bullard.

Elmer is survived by his son Elmer Ray Bullard and wife Linda, granddaughter Vonda Bullard, sister Gladys Wescott, nieces, nephews and special friend Mable Hewett.

Graveside service will be 2:00 pm, Wednesday, April 8, 2009 at Greenlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 12:30 – 1:30 PM at Wilmington Burial and Cremation Service.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Lower Cape Fear Hospice, 1414 Physicians Drive, Wilmington, NC 28401.
