Esther Dorothy Rebbeor, age 83 a resident of Oswego, NY passed away Monday, Janurary 26, 2015 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.

She is survived by her husband James Rebbeor; two daughters, Lynn Shay and Cindy Farnsworth.
