Eugene “Pete” George Cope, Jr.

Eugene “Pete” George Cope Jr., age 52, of Leland left this world Tuesday, March 25, 2014.

Pete was born December 24, 1961 in Charlotte, North Carolina. He loved the outdoors and being with his friends. He was outgoing, always laughing and talking about things that had happened.

His spirt lifted so many people up and he was always willing to help those in need. He leaves behind his partner and friend of 12 years, Henry Lee Pickett and his beloved dogs, Baby and Pootie.“Today we say our goodbyes and treasure our memories, knowing that he will always be with us in our hearts every day of our lives.”

 The family will receive friends at the home of Mr. Henry Lee Pickett.
