Eulalia Velasco Ramirez, age 69, of Wilmington, passed away on Tuesday, May 4, 2021, at her home.

She was born in Mexico on December 10, 1951, the daughter of Juan Velasco and Eujinia Ramirez.

The family will receive friends at a Visitation on Friday, May 7, 2021 from 9:00am till 3:00pm and on Saturday, May 8, 2021, from 9:00am till 12:00pm. A Funeral Service will follow at 1:00pm at Templo Adoracion y Alabanza, 209 S.7th Street, Wilmington. Burial will be in Oleander Memorial Gardens.
