Grandma Lee You have left us. Not by choice, I know you would have loved to stay with us forever. We are all hurt by your absence. You will be missed dearly by me all the others that were in your life. There was alot of good times we shared and I wish we could of shared alot more, but God had plans for you and Him. I know its hard for us to understand, I dont like it at all. I know your in a better place, it just happened too soon for me. I love you grandma and I need for you to watch over me, point me in the right direction. Your wisdom will guide me through my life. Iloveu forever

    Mary L Avant says:
Mom, I miss you so much. Inasmuch as you love the beach this poem is for you... I have lived in sight of the ocean Where the water runs into the land I have walked on the beach in the morning And left my tracks in the sand But musical waves have been calling And the ocean is so Wide And Vast That I've struck for the silver horizon And put out to sea at last. (From the files of Wilmington Funeral and Creamation) Just as your music box plays...You are my sunshine! I'll love you forever and ever!!!

    Dianne Woodell says:
Lee has been a dear friend for such a long time. Even though she was a few years older, I remember her when she was a young woman and I use to think she was so pretty. Later in years we became the best of friends and have remained so no matter where we were. We talked almost every week or at least every two weeks. I will surely miss our conversations and the person she was. I will always remember her smile and her way of making things seem brighter. I will not say good-bye, but so long my dear friend. I know we will be together again someday. Love to all of the family. Just keep her smile in your hearts and things will come easier.
