    Beverly Brannon Pickett says:
My condolences to you and your family, Ms. Chinnis. I spoke with you last week when you came in to the Market Street branch. I do know the grief of losing a parent, but Ms. Bryan obviously had a long and wonderful life that will leave you all with many memories to help guide you through your time of grief. I read that your mother was retired from Block Industries - a well known Wilmington company many years ago - in fact, my sister was well acquainted with Mr. Block and his wife, Susan Taylor Block - and published a book written by Frank and Susan on the history of the company. Your family obviously has deep roots in Wilmington, as do mine, and with the passing of our elders, those of who remember Wilmington as it once was have to hold onto our memories even harder. Peace be with you and your family during this time. Beverly Brannon Pickett Wachovia Bank, Market Street
