Evelyn M. Sivier, PhD, 93, of Wilmington passed away Friday, March 12, 2010 at Cape Fear Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her husband Grant Sivier, two brothers and a sister.

Evelyn is survived by her daughter Pamela Hampson, grandchildren Julie and Rob Hampson, several nieces and nephews.

She was a University Professor for many years as well as an actress. Evelyn was very involved in AAUW and Chi Omega Sorority.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, Monday, March 15, 2010 at Wilmington Burial and Cremation Service.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
