Frances Michelle Coston, age 45, of Leland, passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2016.

She was born on November 22, 1970 in Picayune, MS., the daughter of the late Ray Scoggins and Judith Dawsey Scoggins.

Frances is survived by her daughter Whitney Bullard and husband Danny, grandsons Cecil and Carter, and stepdaughter Fancy Harrell. She is also survived by her mother Judy Scoggins, grandmother Esther Dean, brothers Harold Scoggins and Billy Scoggins and sisters Renee Hall and Terri Seal along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Together with her father, Ray Scoggins, she was predeceased by her grandfather Cecil Dean.

The family will receive friends at a visitation Thursday, March 10, 2016, from 6:00 PM till 8:00 PM at the Wilmington Funeral & Cremation Village Road Chapel, 525 Village Road Leland, NC 28451.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, March 11, 2016, at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 1311 Shipyard Blvd, Wilmington, NC 28412.
