    Rosemary R. O'Hayer says:
I am so truly saddened to learn that Frank has died. My memories of him are so vivid even though I haven't seen him in a few years. He was, and will remain in my memory, a great guy with a marvelous smile and a captivating way with people. I was blessed to have known him. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and, most especially, with Ken. If I can be with you all next Saturday to celebrate Frank's life, I will. If circumstances prevent my attendance, please know that I will be with you in spirit and prayer. With love and fond rememberances, Rosemary O'Hayer
