    Don Loftin says:
Frank's passing signals the end of an era.I served with him in the Nat'l Guard for many years, where he was a member of a unique group, which was referred to as the "click". Many of us strived, to no avail, to be accepted by the "click". He was a gentle and kind being, and will be missed by many, many of us.
